fix your skin so you look less grotesque
it helped me a lot and was personally easy to stick to, js build a simple routine. I use cetaphil cleanser, the ordinary niacinamide, simple moisturiser, spf 50 sunscreen (tryna vampiremax idk if this applies to you but its better overall to be tanned ) and prescribed 20% azelaic acid. give it a few weeks.
