I've been taking peptides for around 1 year, alongside both my parents who have taken multiple in the last 3 years.
Here is my list on which ones I believe are actually worth it, as someone who has suffered with significant skin issues etc
BAC WATER - 100/10 - Not Cope. Localised injections double zygomatic bone size and can increase ramus length in 1 hour.
GHK-CU - 6/10 - Borderline Cope. The only improvement I got from GHK was my hair growth/thickness and also my nail growth. Alongside minor improvements in skin quality/redness. It's very cheap so you can't really go wrong as it is a minor investment.
BPC+TB500 - 8/10 - Not Cope. Helped a lot with my joints, recovery and also skin redness. I believe this stack is very good for people who heavy lift and also eat goyslop.
KPV - 9/10 - Not Cope. Amazing for inflammation and redness, veryyyy underrated and people need to start taking this instead/alongside GHK if they actually want to improve skin quality.
CJC + Ipamorelin - 3/10 - Cope. Didn't notice anything major, it just gave me spots from increase GH pulses. Only noticed a bit better sleep and slightly better strength. I would not recommend, if you want to really put on lean mass just go full dark side and hop on Test/HGH.
Retatrutide (GLP-3) - 10/10 - Not Cope at all. Obviously Reta is the best/most effective peptide, it completely hollowed out my cheeks, leaned out my face and also my entire body fat %, helped me diet really well and gave me better energy expenditure. However, it can make your under eyes look worse and give you a saggy face if you do too much. I have hollow under eyes so it made them look worse, but since i have been off Reta for 2 months, consistent retinol 0.3% serum, microneedling and red light therapy has helped me improve my itachi lines.
MOTS - C - 5/10 - Copeish. Helped improve my energy levels during/after Reta but that's it, you can improve energy through diet more efficiently and save yourself money, MOTS-C is decent but not necessary at all.
Glutathione - 6/10 - Borderline Cope. I only took Glutathione 2x/month and I didn't really notice any difference, I would only recommend glutathione if you are a degen or eat goyslop/alcoholmaxx. I was already very healthy/consistent so I don't think i really needed it. Stings like a bitch.
