Ocd is caused by not being having what you have
You want to have control over something but you cant for several reasons
Eg. Some incels here might have ocd and npd due the fact they dont have succes with women so they cope with inferiority complex,weird copes and compulsions.
Its just an idea

There might be genetic components too I believe
