But to get healthy when your body is in a state of dying takes thinking

No, I mean, why lift natty when you can blast roids for 4 months and get as big as you would've in 3 years?
well actually historicaly it was advised to build a solid natural base ( for me 6 feet 183 cm so that would be around 200 somehow lean lbs 90 kg) and then use gear to get to the next level or when your over 35
because your ligaments and tendons never develop as fast as your muscles in 4 months and your nuclei cells dont react the same as after 5 years of natty training. see it as you have to earn the righht to roid so to speak.
i was asking about test because extra mandible or clavicle growth always enhances you

Severely ill, nervous system illness that fucks up my entire body and immune systems since early teens.

Reason I’m ugly with stunted growth.

My mom legit looks like 25 year old model at 50, and dad is tall built and masc

Yet I’m ugly asf and a midget.

I look sickly and dying, onetime I got high with my friend, pretty sure acid, and she freaked out almost called an ambulance thought I was about to die cuz how sickly I looked

Yeah being ugly would make you depressed

But my level of exhaustion and unable to function is on a whole other level, that’s mainly why I’m depressed

If I feel a little bit of energy I feel a million times better and try doing things

look into the GAPS diet by Dr Natasha Campbell McBride and into the Weston price foundation.
Unless your diet already is perfect its the main thing i would focus on. And gut health.

Thanks, I’ve been really looking into diets, especially the raw primal and Carnivore diet

But I just haven’t been able to much of any of the food because it’s pretty expensive for me, and my appetite is so little I can barley eat. And yeah my gut is extremely messed up, had plenty of infections
