Coping w philtrum of death

I have a philtrum of death + short wide nose + mesolabial folds combo all caused by an overdeveloped maxilla

My midface is lifted + overly forward grown which makes the nose appear shorter and wider from the front and lengthens the philtrum

A good example of that would be hexum/dexter/dinklage midface (in their cases its less severe and they are chads)

There are some fixes like lip lift or nosejob neither of which fix the actual issue and age badly.

Im trying to cope with the fact all members of my family have it and that my mom was offered modeling contracts twice in her youth despite it but than I remeber she has a better jaw, zygos and nose then me so it was probably just have everything else theory

Any softmaxxes/hardmaxxes that age well and dont require me to undergo lefort 1? I'm not rich or brave enough for this.
