The problem isn't caused by the small frame.
Of course, my frame is narrow, but that's not what gave me such small muscles, it's my genetic response to lifting weights and the fact that I wasn't consistent for long enough.
It has been proven by studies and through people's own experiences that the greater your genetic response to lifting is, the less work you need to put in to get good results in the gym, and vice versa.
So for someone like me, assuming that I have no current health problems that prevent me from building muscle, the reason why I look like that is because I have below average genetics and I'm not consistent for long enough time to achieve a noticeable improvement in my physique.
I didn't train consistently for 4 years, I just trained for 1-2 month periods over the course of 4 years, for 2-3 times per year. And since every time you quit lifting, you have to start over from scratch after a month or more, it's like I only put in 2 months at the gym, so my transformation is actually a 2 month transformation, not a 4 year transformation.
And because I have never been consistent for enough time, I can't know what I can achieve, but what I do know is that for my strength level, my muscles are much smaller than average, so my genetics for natural bodybuilding suck.
But, my genetics for testosterone injections may be good or at least average, which means that if I could find a way to buy it from the black market, I could achieve great progress in just a 3 month cycle. And that is what I plan to do, if the results of my blood test show that I don't have health problems that would prevent me from building muscle (even with higher testosterone levels).
The users on here who are pro steroids are actually right about the fact that it makes no sense to stay natural if you have average or below average genetics, because it will take you years of consistent lifting just to look like you lift and to get the benefits from strength training. Steroids don't just speed up the process, they also improve your muscular potential and allow for amazing transformations in a much shorter time. And the side effects of steroids can be minimized by limiting yourself to testosterone and using PCT and recovery cycles to prevent the loss of natural testosterone production. As for the need to inject forever to maintain your gains, that is a worthwhile sacrifice to allow for a higher quality of life, and, effective looksmaxxing, which can make Tinder and night life become easy mode for getting laid with women.
