but maybe germans consume more of it

it looks like cabbage is highly anti-inflammatory, so that might help

yea, depends on the species of cabbage, I could be wrong about the german cabbage. But they eat other foods high in zinc like chocolate. Northern italy definately eats low zinc diet.
