Actually the test really sucks. not just in the US, everywhere. This is a topic not covered in any media as far as I know. 30% of people with infections are testing negative. The crappy test is why there are stories of people being reinfected. They are not really being reinfected, they just never got over the virus, and the test produced a false negative.
