These aren't funds investing in equities. They trade FX, commodities, bonds, etc. stuff that typical investor doesn't touch.

There are some very successful women in trading. Some of them are very good at math and programming. I love successful women.

For general high level concepts this is the best information I've found:

He does book summaries on books about investing from the top investors. Some of the ideas from different books contradict each other so you have to take time and energy to really think through the ideas, why they might work, which ones you think are best, and how you can apply them perhaps in novel ways the authors didn't think about.

For other specifics this is great.

Again, you're going to want to take time, energy, and the math to figure out why different trading patterns tend to work. Knowing the why, will give you a better idea of the situations when they are less likely to work, or when they are more likely to work. Never take anything you read or hear as gospel. Typically I'll read or hear concepts and trading strategies just to understand how a particular group of people are thinking (Ideally I want to know the strategies of all the major groups involved in an asset), so that I can beat them. It's like playing a giant game of chess, but instead of wondering what moves your opponent is going to make, they'll produce videos on it (millennial and younger investors), write books about it (Baby boomer and intuitional investors), and tweet about it (younger investors). Your goal should be to determine the triggers that they are waiting for to invest, then determine what will trigger those triggers, and get in before they do and get out before they get out.

Once you've learned all the basics, pick an industry for example crypto and start learning everything about it. Understand not just the fundamentals but the emotional patterns people go through. Try to ground your hypothesis in the data to have a more concrete understanding. Don't try to learn every sector, you'll be spreading yourself unnecessarily thin.

In addition learning about game theory and decision theory could help you as well. You're going to be doing a lot of trades with uncertainty but you could assign subjective probabilities to events and then use the frame work of game theory and decision theory to make your decisions. Often times it's better to lower or mitigate risk at the expense of higher short term profits so that you can stay in the game and keep playing longer, which can yield bigger compound results over time.

And that's pretty much it. Everything that boosts your general intelligence is going to boost your ability to do all of this, so sleep quality, nutrition, stress reduction, and cutting out distractions but that's for any endeavor. I read books on all of these factors to better optimize them, I'm probably going to write a post on how to optimize sleep quality soon because that's a major looks max as well, and there's things about it most people might not know.

Anyways, there's surely a huge amount I don't know about, and it's best to always continue to learn, think, and grow. Good Luck! BTW if you like strategy games like chess, this can be fun as hell.

A woman cannot make money in the long run. Yeah they have an easier time when they are younger because of their looks. But they aren't gonna make that money for long.
