Only people that I have seen getting promotions are foids(all looks and iq levels) and men who are HTN minimum, who are also hyper NT and fairly competent. If you are below HTN then you have to bleed to get a promotion.

While I have seen just recently a subhuman foid getting a promotion because she sucked few dicks.

I’ve done Internships in the City of London before. Most older people don’t look good due to stress, long hours ect, but the interns and graduates look far better than the norm. Average is definitely tall HTN at Bulge brackets, PE firms, Hedge funds, asset management firms ect.
