What is the best chewing method to target specifically the masseter muscles of the jaw. Want to avoid hitting areas such as the temporalis as much as physically possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Chew with an underbite to maximize forward growth, don't mind the remarks of your peers. You do not look ridiculous, after all you are adhering to the most efficient method of of chewing. They simply don't understand.

So strictly molar chewing as much as possible? What if you chew with say incisors or pre molars for example?

They’re more for biting and tearing
Your back teeth can handle the pressure and force of food better
Also your front teeth are less likely to wear out
