Correct supplement dosage

Alright, since i am in the peak times of puberty a good thing i can do is to take my supplements: calcium with vitamin d3 and k2 of course which i need help with because i need to know a perfect dosage for them and the best form to take. Ive heard about calcium carbonate being the best and atleast 800 mg to 1300mg. Ive also heard people say they take 4000 IU and other ppl which say that 600 IU is enough so i am beyond confused on whats the right amount. And I myself havent read about a right dosage for vitamin k2 YET.
But, i have read about zinc and decided to buy zinc bysglicinate 25 mg per pill and i am going to buy copper bisglycinate too since i dont want zinc induced copper deficiency and i will take either 1 or 2 mg not sure yet. And of course before going to sleep 2 magnesium bisglycinate pills (100mg of magnesium per pill) since its the best form.

If any iqcels will just come here and reply to take 67000 IU of vitamin D3 just fuck off if youre not here to help.

calcium carbonate is bad ur body don't absorbs that the best form is calcium citrate with d3 and k2, in winter take around 2000 to 4000 ui of vit d per day. 25 mg of zinc is high but it's ok. Magnesium is good. Copper is good too. good softmax plan
