i have an issue where one of my ramus is longer than the other and the mandible not as down and flat as the other side of my jaw

it’s not an major asymmetry from the front but it makes one of my side profiles mog the other quite hard

i think it was cause by self inflicted tmd which i had when i kept jutting my jaw forward when i was younger. the side i did not jut is better developed. the tmd has gone since i stopped jutting it a year ago

can i fix this with filler? or would a custom implant be better

Small asymetry, try filler first should be ok and provide a better result IF symetry is the only goal

It's fine, if you really want to improve something, you need to change the angle of both mandibles.
