If your a young bull like myself I think we may be able to change out asymetry in the face. I’ve been obsessed with my assymetry for alms oat 2 years but I think finally found some ways that actually correct it. And here’s some things I’ve discovered.

1. I learned that the literally bone density is much different on one side of my face

How I am trying to correct it.

Rn take VD3 and drink lots of milk to try and promote bone growth (if you have better ways pls tell me) I also sleep on my back and ordering more falim gum to help build my masserters. I also train my neck as well now.

2. Chewing may effect asymetry more than people say.

I noticed that my right side of my face looks malnourished and weak and my left side has Barrett level muscle development in the face. (Theory) I believe that if you don’t chew enough on one side you can’t develop your bones correctly in the face. I do believe that chewing does have a large impact on bone development in the face.

3. You cannnot sleep on your side.

Now this isn’t entirely true I’ve seen a position where you put your elbow at the top of your head and your face has plenty room and isn’t squished. But I think most ppl would find this uncomfortable and would probably end up fallling into their pillow. Constant pressure on your face at night does obviously fuck up that side of your face. I know this for sure and it may also effects neck development. My right side of my face has a skinnier neck than the left and it also has shit development in comparison. This causes your head to be title towards one side and will push uneven force of the tongue (if you mew) across the palate therefore making even more asymmetry. Brutal compounding pill but I will try these things out for life since I’m still developing hopefully I can correct this as much as possible. Just wanted to know any other ways ppl have for fixing asymmetry as well.🦇

Side sleeping is natural. Other apes do it. We're not meant to sleep on our back. So idk about that

literally everyone is asymmetrical, as long as it's not ´causing problems or insane asymmetry it doesnt matter.

my entire jaw is asymmetrically grown

Yes ik but your not supposed to do it with you entire side of your head being pressed down there’s supppsed to be airway and space but most people can’t and don’t do that

How else are you meant to do it? Sleeping on your side, your head is going to be pressed against a surface regardless

upper part of your head would be pressed and the rest of your face wouldn’t so no it wouldn’t be pressed regardless

Nonsense. Humans have been side sleeping since we started. In fact, it would've been even worse before beds and soft pillows. Our sleeping posture is not something against nature lmao

literally me
