This could be because of a lot of things. Notice how most averages here are barely breaking 170… if you don’t have shit to eat milk is probably a luxury at that point

But for example the average height in Montenegro is higher than surrounding countries, and they consume the most dairy

Also Dutch eat a lot of dairy and are the tallest
