correlation between zygos and maxilla?

i have a slightly recessed maxilla and from every correlation ive seen a recessed maxilla usually causes flat round cheekbones, but i have wide protruding zygos and good ogee curve on 3/4, and have had hollow cheeks when leaner. would my zygos benefit from maxillary surgery? if so, in what way?

There’s not much correlation, jfl at people who say MSE makes your zygos better; doesn’t even expand the upper part of maxilla only pre maxilla (at least I think)
