Corticosteroid stuck in nose

I'm using mometasone furoate cause I found it in my dad's drawer.

Are all corticosteroids this thick? How do I remove the residue, with a cleanser maybe?

I'm scratching it off at the moment jfl

why would u need it for anything else than arthritis
