Cosmetics advice

Hi, ive been posting abit about cosmetics been researching and been in formed on what procedures I should look into doing but id like multiple people thoughts to broaden my information pool.

Only way im reaching past mid mtn or more is jaw surgery among other things, what would be the pros and cons of going down this route? As I age will I have to get touch ups and alterations done? I have zero knowledge of cosmetic procedures im reading papers and watching procedure explanations and shit but its all so confusing.

if plastic surgery done theres only benefits but you just got to have the money or save up for it and i dont think theres anything that has to be done when becoming an oldcel (correct if wrong)
