looking at their results and reviews, they seem pretty good... unless theyre hiding their botches..
i dont think bimax has a high botch rate in general whether its customised or not, ive very rarely seen bimax be botched, its usually the implants that cause infections or are misplaced or look uncanny

also i have a question, do you think I would need orthodontic work for 12mm advancement? note i am not recessed and my teeth are perfectly straight and my bite is alligned. i just want a more projected maxilla and a shorter midface via ccw/impaction. do you guys cover the cost of this if it is needed or do i have to pay for it independently

Many are doing a bad job I wont name names but one you suggested has about 20+ active lawsuits (from turkish AND international patients)

Altan Varol or Kemal Uğurlu might be because I saw their lawsuits in the groups. What about Celal Çandırlı, with whom you work? I've seen horror stories about him in Turkish Orthognatic Facebook groups, too.

I dont work with him anymore. Just finishing the cases with him already scheduled.
Hes a lot better with me but yes I noticed non giant patients get much more complications

Why dont you offer clavicle lengthening and hell implants? Especially titanium heel implants might pay off big time. 2-3cm gain and not LL

Heel implants would be problmatic. Feet skin is not stretchy, any meaningful augmentation would mean the wound count be closed. It would also have a high skin erosion and implant exposure risk.

Feet also have the worst blood supply in the body as the most distal anatomy from the heart. That means complications that might not happen in the face very much (infection, non healing wounds) will happen a lot more in the feet. This is a plastic surgery principle

As you know i fo LL but i was wondering if there was a way to enhance height by just 2-3cm more without LL

I understand, thanks. What is the advantage of having surgery with a giant implant? Do you plan the surgery plan yourself, or do you also work with orthodontists? I have sleep apnea and my lower jaw is very far back, so I'm considering bimax. Do the surgeons you work with use techniques like piezo/MISO to reduce nerve damage, or do they use traditional sawing?
