There's no "maxxing" to it, it just gets you high and destroys your liver. DXM is a dissociative and Codeine is an opioid. That's all there is to it, and it's a bad idea.

You could buy pure DXM pills easily in my country, now I think they're prescription only, it wasn't that great of a drug though...
