I'm still waiting on my consultation, but in the meantime, it's very apparent that I'm SEVERELY recessed. v My lower third is horrific, 0 midface projection, and maxillary deficiency. idk my cephalometric numbers yet tho, but it's obvious bimax is going to be necesary.

No longer cutting anymore (I've lost 70lbs so far,) test E in the mail to do body recomp and fix my shit physique. By then if I still don't see my Ramus I'll do a DIY aqualyx at home.

looks a bit uncanny to me tbh, lower third is too long imo. but yea, it's achievable, but really expensive

you are not severely recessed dumbfuck. You have a mandibular protrusion and you will get it set back. Gonna be free via insurance too.

i do have a mandibular protrusion, but my maxilla is also recessed. both will probably be insured to get fixed
