could a palette expander save a slightly long midface?

not sure if it will noticeably make my face wider or not but I have a midface thats very slightly longer than the ideal, not noticeably long at all at first glance but would improve my harmony a lot if everything was a big more square I feel like.

If not expander for some reason, is there other ways?
