could adding a BSSO help you advance the maxilla further?

In order to fix a mild underbite/recessed maxilla if I get a LeFort I advancement, would adding BSSO(bimax) with ccw rotation give more potential space to move the maxilla even more forward compared to getting just the lefort 1 , given that my mandible is well-developed.

Does it really matter? You're never getting a LF anyways.

according to?
According to reality. Assuming you have over $30k to do it, where are you going to find a surgeon to agree to it? Are you so recessed that you have breathing complications? Are you going to risk it with Giant Implants? Have you considered the complications? No, you don't know any of that, you've simply heard the word on TikTok and have now deluded yourself that it's something you need and will be getting.
