Could bimax improve dark circles around the eyes?

If the cause of dark circles are due to incorrect growth of the face, could bimax or any other jaw altering procedure improve this issue? Not asking if it would completely fix it, or work as well as implants, fillers or fat grafts. But only if it would improve under eye circles to any extent.
