First post, I usually read and lurk around but now im trying to take things more serious. Apologies if this is too low iq, but anyway:

Since running test boosts the bone remodeling process, wouldn't it be ideal to induce microfractures in targeted areas via bonesmashing? Wouldn't the combination make the repair process stronger and produce more visible bone growth? I don't see why that wouldn't work. Can somebody explain why it would or wouldn't work?
