Could ER have softmaxxed into a HTN?

I wonder if small changes would've helped ER be considered more attractive? He wasn't really ugly IMO he just lacked harmony.

1. Eyebrow dye

Eyebrow dye is extremely easy to get your hands on and helps for a more refined and masculine appearance (Especially if you're asian because you're often cursed with a lack of a brow ridge and sparse eyebrows)

2. Lateral canthoplasty

A lateral canthoplasty would've improved his IPD by slightly lifting the eyelid and stretching it back. Very common procedure for asians that already have double eyelids to define and lift their eyes.

3. Asian rhinoplasty

A lot of asian rhinoplasties now focus on widening the nose and the nose bridge for a more european look, I see a lot of people claiming his nose was too narrow so I think it would've made a great improvement.

4. Lip reduction

Also common in asia (google: Krachap Lips)
and I see a lot of people saying his lips are far too large vertically.
