Could eyelash serum fat loss be used to decrease nose and lip size?

Eyelash growth serums, as well as topical minoxidil, can quickly and effectively reduce fat both below and above the eye, with barely any contact with the area. This is of course a negative in this case, but in reality this makes it a very potent and effective topical fat reducer. Obviously I’m not a retard and thinking that it can give me hollow checks if I smother my face in it, I’m assuming it only works around the eye because it’s such a small amount of fat. Could this then in theory be used to shrink a little bit of fat on the nose tip and lips, eg if top to bottom lip ratio was slightly off due to top lip being slightly too big, wouldn’t this technically be able to shrink it too?

minox doesn't cause fat loss and the only eyelash growth serum that can reduce fat is bimatoprost
