Could fat dissolvers be a temporary solution instead of getting buccal fat removal?

I’m thinking about getting buccal fat pad removal surgery, but I’m not sure how good my gonions will harmonize with the surgery. Would fat dissolvers be a better alternative to see if it would be optimal or is it basically the same thing just not in surgery form?

Yeah, try lemon bottle or aqualyx especially since it's not as brutal as buccal fat removal and way cheaper Mark as solution if possible and rep me son

you can inject into the buccal fat pad but that is way deeper than the SubQ layer and your chances of hitting a nerve spike a lot. If you are willing to go ahead you need to study face anatomy deeply.
