Could filler be used to get rid of nasiolabal notch

I have heard that paranasial implants can be done to fix this however there is a major cost issue and lack of surgeons in my country.

For a somewhat minor area could filler be bought and done at home.

Obviously I would like to avoid hyaluronic acid filler since it has to be dissolved which removes the hyaluronic acid in your skin as well.
There are 2 other options;

Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA)
Made from mineral-like compounds found in bones. Used for deeper wrinkles and jawline shaping. Stimulates natural collagen growth. Last for around 12 to 18 months.

Poly-L-lactic Acid (PLLA)
Synthetic and biodegradable substance. Rebuilds lost facial collagen over time. Best for deep facial lines. Lasts up to 2 years.

Could either be purchased online into the UK? and how viable are they for this job (would hyaluronic acid be the better option??)
