Could fillers ascend me?

By far my biggest failo are my fucking lips. Guarantee if I successfully fix them I'd ascend by at least an entire point. Could fillers alone achieve this or do I have to resort to a lip lift?

I think your biggest problem is that you are too hairy, imo you should laser your beard away, upper body too (including arms). Will be expensive if it is to be permanent. Follow up with tan, tan, tan. Lean muscular body should be your goal. Your hair I would let grow a bit, after you have a low body fat percentage I would then try a prettyboy hairstyle

And yes you need lip filler.

This will make you look 10 years younger and have a much higher SMV.

pretty good eye area and bones overall. your lower third however is too short
