Could high dose Meclizine increase height by inhibiting fgfr?

In clinical studies meclizine has shown no meaningful height gain (1mm+ a year) but those were very low dose studies and we know that meclizine has fgfr inhibiting affects. So, could high dose meclizine increase height by inhibiting fgfr? If so what doseage would be needed?
