Could I benefit from jaw filler?

Do you guys think that this is achievable? I’m already aware that the asymmetry on the right side of my jaw nerfs my lower third terribly, but if this is really achievable, could I finally reach htn?(side profile shows asymmetry better). Also ignore the redness I’m sunburnt
