Yeah but my chin already goes weirdly forward but is still like recessed cuz of my deep bite. I heard filler on gonion angle isnt so risky because of orkas thread on it, would be a really huge ascension i think with the lipovela V extra to get rid off the fat

yea its not risky at all the chin is risker look at filler artery charts to get some knowledge best luck to you (also dont worry on thethe artery on the ramus the large artery that's in your the neck and the caratnoid artery and u can feel its not your ramus this is kinda wrong expect the risk parts )

the chart was bad this is the only artery close to the ramus and its the carotid the 2 large ones in your neck not in your ramus
