I have the sleep apnea thing, where u wake up in the middle of the night feeling dizzy and gasping for air, due to not enough oxygen. The thing is my jaws are also pretty recessed, which might add to the sleep apnea, but the main problem is my nasal septum, which shifts towards one side. Could I just visit like an ortho and tell them that I have sleep apnea, due to recessed jaws, without mentioning my nasal septum, or are they gonna find out, maybe through scans or something?

I could tell them that Im also worried about the asthetics and could ask which movements they would do

Why is everyone saying the recovery is brutal? Obviesly it is but why would that matter? I wanna look better and if it takes month to recover Idc
