Check out Cyborg4Life on YT he brings LL advice from the LL forums and goes into detail about how to completely avoid any side effects and how to do a proper recovery with physical therapy.








There's also some studies out there about stem cells/hgh being used to aid in recovery but I can't remember where I saw them off the top of my head, but it doesn't matter since the main thing you need to focus on is the physical therapy anyway.

Not as much as face and height, it helps but gymcelling is a big cope.

The two biggest things that will raise your smv, both psl and irl scale wise, is height and face.

Yeah and I'm not saying to not gymcell, I'm just saying that it doesn't matter nearly as much as height and face and those need to be your priorities first.

And in your case especially, you need to focus on increasing/frauding your height and maxxing as much smv as you can from your face.

Because facially you'd be HTN or even bordering chadlite by just gymcelling or softmaxxing were it not for your height tbh, but your height brings you down to average.

If that's really you, it sounds very very good. A lot of girls love that, especially your high and soft voice. As long as you're decent looking of course.

What everyone hates is artificially forced low voice, nasal voices, a pretending to be masculine voice, or also a depressed, nervous and brittle voice. There is many ways to have voice failo, but your voice sounds very very good in my opinion.

Girls love guys that can sing freely, just express themselves without it sounding cringy. They dont really care if you play an instrument or whatever, but if you can sing like that, then thats a great halo to have (as long as you're good looking obviously)
