Could I get to 6'2 by fixing this?

I just found out that I've got an anterior pelvic tilt which makes my butt area stick out, kinda like a duck butt.

It's annoying and I've always wondered why it did that but now I know.

I heard that gaining height from fixing it is possible and was wondering if I could get to 6'2 if I fixed it.
