Could I get to chadlite appeal faking my height?

I'm currently a 5'9 150lbs HTN, but I have a large frame and good proportions overall, would I be able to get to chadlite appeal if I were to use 3 inches NT height-boosting shoes?

I'm not talking about 3 inches lift tho, but rather 3 inches height-boosting shoes, which usually have a design to fake 1-2 inches while looking "natural" and come with height-boosting lifts

Most are also staged but you being HTN in brazil is really good. If you came to states itd be much harder, no MTN is slaying off cold approaches here
