Could I grow my maxilla to where I have straight nose

I have just turned 16 ordering cjc maybe with IPA soon and wondering if I could grow it forward enough to have a straight nose (yes Im squinting hop off) and ignore the hair.

yes obviously, I am asking if its possible to grow my maxilla to where my nose is straight
