Could I have a 7 incher if I lose fat

Right now I'm 22 percent bodyfat. If I lower it down could I gain an extra half an inch or even an inch.

My dick size right now is 6.3 inches so could I possibly get to 7 if I lower bodyfat.

Is the 6.3" NBP? If so then yes it's possible, but if you're 6.3" BP then it's not possible. You can try PE for temporary increase however.
