shouldve moved the fucking niga king up and then the white king wouldve went up and then bring the aueen to the row of the pawn there near the king and keep moving the king infron till the white kign doesnt have any space because the bishop will aim at its last spot

I assume you are playing black right?
You got your opponent into a stalemate, because the king has no legal moves. This automatically makes the game a draw, even if you are winning.

stalemate imo should result in a win for the one that did the stalemate - from a rpg perspective it makes sense since the purpose of the game is to capture opponents king, and if next move you can capture it (king moving himself to check) then you win
