Im 5’10 at 15 and i have grown 3 centimeter from the last two Months and im tanner stage 3,8 if that means somthing and my father is 6’2 and my mother 5’2

obviously youre in the middle of your growth spurt. youll also grow 5-7.5cm 12months after your growth spurt ends and then another 1-3cm 24 months after youre chilling. also if youre growing 1.5cm monthly then youre probably in tanner stage 4 already. cant find the source for this but just reverse search it if you want i think it was a pubmed source

No it in fact does increase estrogen due to it not binding to certain receptors and more of it circulating in your blood
