Only thing is, while I don’t think I’m unattractive, I compare myself to models I see, and I just don’t think I’m on that level. Also sorry for the bad side profile, I lowk suck at taking photos so i screenshotted from a snap video. Oh, I’m like 5’11 (maybe barely 1/2”) and 148lbs. I think my waist is like a 28-28.5” and inseam is like 32”.

After getting a haircut, getting a bit leaner and removing the piercings and you'd be ready. Obviously you can always improve etc but your looks are more striking than 85% of males. Your height although 5'11 isn't short, it also isn't truly ideal for high fashion/runway modelling but you could still potentially grow.
