So when I was a child I had a very good midface. Around the age of 10 it became very long. At exactly 14 it was like this:

Now (15 and 6 months):

Could it reach ideal? Anything i can do to influence it or do i just get surgery at 18 or settle for a ltb. Any advice? Cause it really fucks up my face
