Yep he’s right. Mostly down to genes anyways. Ramirez grew to 6’1 whilst malnourished plus even his frame was good

Still better to eat a lot during puberty

you have to pigmaxx for optimal growth during puberty

Then you’ll get fat and find it hard to be lean as an adult due to extra fat cells
Well u have to exercise too, don't be like Me and binge eat and rot in ur house for 6 months and go from skinny to skinny fat

I was very lean during puberty and I'm 6'2, which isn't particularly impressive, but I'm taller than all my cousins and my father.

I think doing sports etc, might've made me grow taller if anything (I was a loner who spent puberty playing computer games / programming).

hes 100% right. as long as the deficit doesnt disrupt your hormones and micro nutrients you are good

so what would cause it to disrupt my hormones? just a severe deficit or low carb diet?

yes both of those would mess up your hormones. also anything negatively impacting your sleep

doesn’t high sugar lower T tho which is important for growth
high sugar wont lower T. you need carbs (which is the same as sugar) for testosterone, just dont overdue it
