Could minox grow hair on your forehead that was never there?

Minoxidil just enhances the hair growth where hair follicles already are.
Minoxidil can't create new hair follicles.

As far as my knowledge goes, you'll probably need a transplant of hair.

No, that needs a hair transplant. I use minox and it doesn't grow hair where there are no follicles.

It made some of my blond baby hairs around the temples where I applied it darker and thicker. But you need to have them to begin with.
