I feel like I'm addicted to caffeine. I've been drinking a can of Monster Energy every morning before going to class for a while now because I'm tired from not getting enough sleep, but recently I decided to stop drinking it cold turkey in order to see if it was the cause of my anxiety.
Since then, I've felt super anxious and high-inhib, more so than ever before, so much that I am not able to go to class without having panic attacks.
Is this the reason why I've been feeling like shit for the past week? Has anyone been addicted to caffeine have the same thing happen to them? Any solutions to this problem, or do I have to wait a few more days and see if the withdrawal symptoms subside?
