The idea is as follows : Whilst you put your body weight on your head, like in a neck bridge, for a set amount of time, this would lead to microfractures on your skull and, giving the right amount of nutriments, lead to growing a bigger head overtime. This would explain why the likes of rugby players or wresters have big heads and prominent facial features. Those with the correct overall posture grow good looking facial features and those who don't ed up looking atrocious and deformed.
