Could nose slimming nerf me?

I’m going to start using hydrocortisone to get the appearance of a smaller nose but lots of people say they like my nose already. I don’t want the Roman nose to be extra defined which is my concern.

Side note: ik hydrocortisones nose slimming effect is bc of skin atrophy, so if I keep on taking my collagen pills would it reverse the effect?
