If I find someone to preform obo for me, is it possible for them to only move my eyes like 2-3mm further apart? And obo doesn’t affect any other facial features right? Just eye spacing?

I just heard people don’t usually perform it for cosmetic reasons (not for deformities)

Giant implants Cambodian thing might do it. Very sketchy I think tbh.

So is it possible for an obo to only move my eyes 2-3 mm? My eye spacing isn’t a falio but it would just look better if it was wider

@RealSurgerymax He knows much more about this.

It can make your forehead and temples wider, according to this: https://exploreplasticsurgery.com/p...poral-widening-after-orbital-box-osteotomies/. I think there's also a lot of risk involved with OBO.
NVM just realized I'm retarded, the implants were for making the temples wider.

Who the fuck cares? It's irrelevant because you're never going to get OBO.

you‘re not gonna get obo for 2-3mm. it‘s so small it‘s useless

While it’s enough to make a difference to the face, it won’t have enough impact on OP’s dating life if that’s what he’s in for. It’s too invasive and dumb to get a OBO when barely any docs do it in the world for cosmetics

Epplley will do modified Obo on you

it‘s one thing to correct severely noticable IPD for cosmetic reasons, another for saying muh harmony just a small touch - you dont see anyone gettting jaw surgery and advancing it 1-2mm innit?

It’s quite rare to have bad enough IPD unless the person is inbred or has Down syndrome. Jaw surgery is already super invasive with risk of nerve damage but most people are good after 6 months. There’s a lot of people who need jaw surgery even if I consider pure aesthetics since they’re not at their genetic potential due to bad habits in childhood. With sleep apnea it’s a good idea to get it while you’re young

It’s bc 2 mm is a much bigger difference when it comes to ipd compared to the jaw

you missed the message, but i have noticably small ipd and im not inbred or have down syndrom.

its a genitical trait, history of it isnt as bad as you described it either

It is, ipd is hyper sensitive and 3 mm can do a lot
if you go from 56mm to 59mm, it‘ll still look like shit.

there is a certain number for IPD that looks great, it depends on the face, one eye distance between the eyes is ideal.

harmony is uniquely on every face, surely pfl plays a big part too and if its wide you can get away w a smaller ipd, but it really depends on your starting point, getting obo for 3mm is just not worth it - stop debating grey

Obviously if it’s that low it won’t matter, but mine isn’t that low, so 3mm would boost my harmony a lot. Also my eyes are only my pfl apart

Is it ok that my eyes are my pfl apart? I have a smaller skull so naturally my icd will be smaller

I can't personally vouch that the OBO case performed last week went well or not, but according to @RealSurgerymax it was a success, and the patient returned the following week for bimax and custom implants. Overall, everything RSM has put out on this subject has convinced me OBO is no longer a meme surgery.

His new modified version of OBO is similar in magnitude (cost, risk, recovery) to bimax. Here is the design he shared on Giant Implants: IMG 2834 IMG 2833 IMG 2835 IMG 2836
You can then put an infraorbital malar + supraorbital + forehead implant over the completed osteotomy for further aesthetic modification of the eye area, like in the following:
OBO midface implant
And here's a rendering also from RSM of what a bimax, modified genioplasty, jaw angle implants, and the large midface implant all look like together from the side profile (but no OBO on this model I believe):
IMG 2905

Pretty damn impressive stuff.

I think we're going to see some massive ascension cases in the coming years. Like some legitimate normie to Chad level ascensions. And even if becoming Chad is still out of the scope of modern surgical design for most patients, there is no way in hell someone who undergoes all of this + things like rhino, almond eye surgery, HT, etc (if all needed of course) won't improve massively from their starting point. Mega lifefuel ngl.

But please defer to @RealSurgerymax, I'm just a guy who has been following this for the past couple of months, he would know way more as the primary source.

Tagging two lads I've seen who also take an interest in this: @optimisticzoomer @Octavian_Augustus

Yes. That’s what we are doing in all of the Surgerymax cases. It’s modified in several ways not just to be safer, but also maximally aesthetic. Different from what the doctors in America are doing.

did you plan the tripod osteonomy that cosmicmaxxer got botched with?

You have to ask him what happened I can’t share personal info.

All I will say is it’s important to choose a doctor that will ACTUALLY follow the plan. Doctors will bait and switch you, and then completely change the plan right before surgery. There’s definitely some surgeons I will never collab with again.

And for all the OBO cases I will be assisting, in person to make sure things go smoothly.

Did you see pics? From the last I saw, cosmicmaxxer acted satisfied with the OBO he had supposedly got, but I assumed it was all a LARP anyway.

he was satisfied with the obo (which imo looked bad) and wanted to increase his pfl with the tripod osteonomy which he got botched with

I have never heard about it- tell me more what happened.

Botching tripod must be bad

his obo results are in his thread, i've not seen his full face.
Imagine spending 530+k $ on two most unicorn surgeries just to get them botched.
His eye area must looks horrible.

i think you need rhino. wider nose makes the spacing makes ur eye seem closer. if ur ICD and PFL is fine then its ur nose
