Hello everyone.
As you can see in the picture below, it seems like the left side (front view) of my jaw is less developed than the right side.
I have a hunch why it could have grown that way (tl;dr below):
Basically, many years ago I had problems with one of my back teeth and I ended up with getting a filling in one of them.
Since the dentist had to pretty much hollow out my entire tooth the remaining "frame" of the tooth was so thin and fragile that it just had to break off sooner or later.
A couple months ago it finally happened and instead of getting it fixed immediately I was a lazy piece of shit and just didn't go to the dentist.
I got used to only chewing on one side since food would always get stuck in my broken tooth and it would annoy the shit out of me. ( I finally made an appointment. It's on the 25th of September )
tl;dr: I only used one side of my mouth to chew over the period of a couple months due to tooth problems.
Now my question is:
Could I counteract my underdeveloped jaw muscle by explicitly chewing on the less developed side of it?
And if yes, would Falim gum, or anything along those lines, be a good option?
Thanks!
